Information you give us. When you submit a form (such as our contact, project intake, or "build my app" forms), subscribe to updates, or speak or chat with our AI assistant, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, business details, project information, and any files or messages you choose to share.

AI assistant interactions. Our voice and chat assistant ("Zara") is automated. When you interact with it, the content of your conversation — including audio for voice calls — is processed by our assistant provider to respond to you and to capture the details you share (for example, your contact information and what you're looking for).

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we and our analytics provider may collect usage information such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, and how you interact with the site. We also capture marketing attribution parameters (such as UTM tags) when present. See our Cookie Policy for details on cookies and similar technologies.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries and provide the information or services you request.
• Communicate with you about your project, a consultation, or our services.
• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the site (including abuse prevention and rate limiting).

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as described below:

Service providers. We use trusted third parties to run our business. They process your information on our behalf, for the purposes above:

• Google — website analytics (Google Analytics) and, for some submissions, file storage (Google Drive).
• Retell AI — powers our voice and chat assistant.
• Firebase (Google) — stores certain lead and conversation records.
• Resend — delivers email notifications of your inquiry to our team.
• Vercel — website hosting and infrastructure.
• Upstash — security and rate limiting.
• Meta — advertising measurement, only if you allow advertising cookies.

Advertising and "sharing." If you allow advertising cookies, our use of advertising technologies (such as the Meta Pixel) may be considered "sharing" or processing for "targeted advertising" under some U.S. state privacy laws, even though no money is exchanged. You can opt out at any time — see "Your privacy choices" below.

Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of zkflow.ai, our users, or others.

Depending on where you live, U.S. state privacy laws may give you the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the "sale" or "sharing" of your information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

• Manage cookies. Use the Cookie preferences link (also in the footer) to allow or reject analytics and advertising cookies at any time.
• Global Privacy Control. We honor the GPC browser signal as a request to opt out of analytics and advertising cookies.
• Other requests. To access, correct, or delete your information, email us at support@zkflow.ai. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy — for example, to respond to your inquiry, provide services, and maintain business records — and then for as long as required to meet our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This site is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

We are based in the United States, and the information we collect is processed and stored in the United States. If you access the site from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be handled here.
