The Challenge
Mental health access is broken. 95% of Arkansas counties are shortage areas, 96% in Tennessee, and Florida ranks 46th in the country. People who need help wait three months for an opening — then drive an hour to use it.
Legacy Online Counseling needed a site that solves both: remove geographic barriers with statewide telehealth, and prove fast access before anyone fills out a form.

We built a custom Next.js site that leads with the practice's promise — therapy without excuses, progress without sugarcoating — and structures every service around the same trust + speed story.
Statewide licensure copy supports SEO across four states. A 10-service catalog, a clear four-step funnel, and an inquiry form that surfaces insurance verification up front turn casual visitors into scheduled first sessions without forcing them through a directory.
The whole experience is telehealth-first by design. No location pages for offices that don't exist — instead, statewide service-area pages, a who-we-serve framework, and a getting-started flow that prioritizes speed.
